To sell your gift card on Davixx, simply log in to the app and select the “Sell Gift Card” option from the dashboard. Choose the card type and country, enter the card value, upload the card details or images as required, then submit your trade. Our team will review and process your card, and once it is confirmed as valid, the equivalent amount in naira will be credited to your Davixx wallet.

Once your Davixx wallet has been funded, go to the “Withdraw” or “Payout” section in the app. Add or select your preferred Nigerian bank account, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed promptly, and funds are usually sent directly to your bank account within a short time frame, depending on network and bank performance.

If you submit the wrong card (for example, an already used, invalid, or unsupported card), your trade may be delayed or rejected after review. In such cases, our support team will notify you in the app or via your registered contact details to explain the issue. You will not be credited for cards that are invalid, used, or do not match the details you submitted, but you can always reach out to support for clarification on any disputed trade.

If you notice missing credit or a subscription issue after a successful trade, first check your Davixx wallet balance and your bank statement to confirm that the funds were not received. If the funds are still missing, contact our support team through the in-app chat, email (contact@davixx.io), or phone with your transaction ID and details. Our team will investigate with our payment partners, and if the issue is confirmed on our side, we will process the refund or resolve the missing credit as quickly as possible.

Bitcoin (BTC) confirmations depend on blockchain network congestion and the fee attached to the transaction. On average, BTC transfers can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or more to receive enough confirmations for us to credit your wallet. Once the required confirmations have been received on the blockchain, your Davixx wallet will be funded automatically, and you can withdraw to your bank whenever you are ready.
