Davixxio – Terms and conditions of use

Welcome to Davixx.io. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of
Davixx.io (referred to as “we”, “our ”, or “the Company”), a digital platform that facilitates the
exchange of gift cards and cryptocurrency in Nigeria.
By accessing or using our application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms,
including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to
these Terms, do not use our services.

To use Davixx.io, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Nigerian law.
Not be a person barred from receiving services under applicable law,
including Nigerian and international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse access to any user at our sole discretion.

Davixx.io offers the following services:
Buying and selling of gift cards (e.g., Amazon, Steam, iTunes, Google Play, etc.)
Buying and selling of cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to Bitcoin,
Ethereum, and USDT.
Conversion of digital assets into Naira or other supported currencies.
All transactions are subject to verification and approval in accordance with
applicable Nigerian laws and regulatory standards.

You are required to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether
or not you authorised such activity.

Davixx.io operates in compliance with:
The Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2011 (as amended);
The guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the
Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU).
Users may be required to provide personal identification documents (e.g.,
government-issued ID, BVN, proof of address) before certain transactions are
approved. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to
meet our KYC/AML requirements.

All transactions are final and non-reversible once confirmed.
The exchange rates for gift cards and cryptocurrencies are determined by
Davixx.io and are subject to market fluctuations.
Davixx.io is not liable for any losses resulting from price volatility or incorrect
wallet information provided by the user.

You agree not to use our platform for:
Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity;
Money laundering or terrorist financing;
Transacting stolen or unauthorized gift cards or crypto assets;
Sending or receiving funds from sanctioned individuals or countries;
Manipulating or disrupting the functionality of the platform.
Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or permanent termination of
your account, and possible reporting to law enforcement agencies.

Davixx.io may impose transaction fees or service charges, which will be disclosed prior to the
completion of each transaction. Users agree to pay all applicable fees incurred through their use
of the platform.

All content on Davixx.io, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, and user
interface, is the intellectual property of Davixx.io and protected by Nigerian copyright and
trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior
written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Davixx.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or
consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to us for the
transaction giving rise to the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy,
availability, or reliability of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Davixx.io, its affiliates, directors, employees, and
agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:
Breach of these Terms;
Misuse of the platform;
Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Davixx.io at any time and
for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms;
Non-compliance with regulatory requirements;
Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and all
pending transactions may be cancelled at our discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be
resolved:
Conciliation Act Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, with a
sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English and seated in Lagos, Nigeria.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the
Davixx.io platform or by direct notification to users. Your continued use of the platform
constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
